My experience enables me to offer effective individualized outpatient counseling. I provide a neutral and therapeutic space to individuals, families, and couples. My treatment techniques include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marital & Family Systems Therapy, Solution-Focused and Brief Therapy, and other Client-Centered Therapy modalities.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I am experienced in general life issues for adults of all ages, as well as the special challenges facing older adults.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I will partner with you in every aspect of your care, making sure your counseling sessions are productive and helpful. I am happy to include other members of your family in sessions as indicated.
